I've just done the second shoulder of pork on the bone for our most recent guests. Absolutely perfect again, in fact even better because my cooking technique improved . Anyway guests said 'best pork they'd ever tasted' and I had to ration the crackling to prevent fights. Dawn from Scotland.

Just wanted to say what an amazing turkey we had yesterday.
The Aga slow oven was just right and the bacon really was something special.
We have lots to share with all the family and will enjoy eating it for several more days.

Just a note to say that the Snoad Farm Turkey was as scrumptious as ever - in fact,
George said it was the best ever. Cooked it a la Gary Rhodes this year which
might have made the slight difference but it really was so delicious and thank you
for producing such fab birds (and to Carol & Co for the plucking and gutting).
Hope you all had a lovely (relaxing - ha) time over the festive season and that 2015
