Otterden Herd of Beef Shorthorns

We wanted a breed of cattle, that firstly had an excellent temperament, and also would produce good beef with plenty of marbling for the Farmers Market table.
We certainly found it with the Beef Shorthorn, they are an absolute delight to work with. Very gentle and calm.
